The final month of each registration requires payment of a late fee. *The American Board of Pediatrics, in collaboration with the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Board of Otolaryngology, and the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, will administer the 2011 Sleep Medicine Certifying Examination. All applicants for the Sleep Medicine Certifying Examination must apply through the board in which they hold their primary certification.
