In the Original Article titled “Trends in Antipsychotic Use in Dementia 1999-2007” by Kales et al, published in the February 2011 issue of the Archives (2011;68(2):190-197), an author's degree, another author's name, another author's honorific, an affiliation, and the Funding/Support line contained errors. Dr Claire Chiang's degree should be PhD, not MD; Rosalindo Ignacio should be Rosalinda V. Ignacio; and Ms Cunningham should be Dr Cunningham. The first affiliation should read Veterans Affairs Health Services Research and Development Center for Clinical Management Research, Serious Mental Illness Treatment, Resource, and Evaluation Center, Ann Arbor, Michigan. In the “Methods: Study Cohort” section, the data source should be listed as the Serious Mental Illness Treatment, Resource, and Evaluation Center.
