As mentioned in the preface: "This book is a companion to An Index of Rorschach Responses: Studies on the Psychological Characteristics of Medical Students, I, which was published in 1964." This first volume was reviewed here in 1964, and the present one, physically just as impressive as its companion, is also just as unexciting. The authors, of course, view this further contribution to Rorschach literature as extremely exciting. They have, this time, used responses from group Rorschach technique rather than from individual Rorschachs: 568 subjects were thus added to the previous 586; and again, the KWIC computational system of recording the responses was utilized. It is, therefore, with pride that the foreword asserts: "These volumes are the largest and most detailed categorizations of Rorschach data ever collected."
