To the Editor We write regarding the recent article by Arvieux et al,1 which was recently presented at CRAMSURG, an online journal club based in the UK (http://www.cramsurg.org). We would like to congratulate the authors for their efforts in performing a multicenter randomized clinical trial in such a complex area. We discussed a number of issues that we would like to raise.
