Abstract

Malignant melanoma is a very erratic neoplasm, occasionally with unusual survival patterns in the presence of metastatic disease. Our patient had three separate metastatic lesions excised (from the neck, wall of the chest, and small bowel), with no known primary site or specific treatment. He is living and well 11 years after the initial diagnosis.
