This excellent little monograph is written by a hand surgeon with a long experience in dealing with different surgical techniques and principles in hand surgery. His conclusions and statements are the reflection of many active years in treating acute hand injuries. From the actual case to the principle, there is a feeling of close reality that is enhanced by illustrative examples taken from the daily surgical practice.
Due to its small size, this book could not possibly be complete or exhaustive.
