• Labial flaps were used during the delayed repair of urethrovaginal fistulas and during the immediate repair of an obstetric urethral injury. In two patients, the labial fat pad alone was used. In the third patient, the fat pad and the overlying labial mucosa were rotated to cover the urethral repair. Our favorable results suggest further use of labial tissue in the repair of urethrovaginal fistulas or urethral injury.
