• Cervical auricle resembles a rudimentary pinna that is present at birth and in most cases is located in the lower anterior part of the neck. It is a minor and very rare branchial anomaly that also occurs in lower mammals and has been described in Greek and Roman mythology. Two cases of cervical auricle are described, along with the essentials of embryology, diagnosis, and treatment.
