Can the Common Bile Duct Drain Into the Fourth Part of the Duodenum?

• An interesting case masqueraded as a case of the common bile duct entering the fourth part of the duodenum; this is an extremely rare anomaly. A review of the literature was performed. Surgeons should be cautioned about this anomaly with regard to operative procedures for treatment.
