Incorrect Figure Key

In the Original Investigation entitled “Association of Breast Conservation Surgery for Cancer With 90-Day Reoperation Rates in New York State” published online February 17, 2016, and in the July print issue of JAMA Surgery,¹ an error occurred in the key to Figure 1. The labels in the figure key, which were given as “Age 20-49 y” (orange solid line), “Age 50-64 y” (cyan dashed line), and “Age ≥65 y” (black dashed line) should have appeared as “Age ≥65 y” (orange solid line), “Age 50-64 y” (cyan dashed line), and “Age 20-49 y” (black dashed line). This article was corrected online and in print.
