OpenURL Configuration

The JAMA Network supports OpenURL at the journal home page, issue, article, and article quiz level. We support the volume/page syntax (for articles that do not have DOIs) and DOI syntax (for articles that do have DOIs). Popular link resolvers, such as Ex Libris's SFX, can be easily embedded into any OpenURL-compliant source. Read more about OpenURL.

Keep in mind, permanent redirects are in place to ensure our legacy links and previously-supported open url patterns will correctly resolve to the new structure if any customers are unable to craft new links.

In Addition, the Archives specialty journals changed their titles effective January 1, 2013, and on October 6, 2016, our URLs were updated to use the new naming convention listed in the table below.
